Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Body Luxe Day Spa, we reserve dedicated time for every appointment. This policy explains how reservation deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

Complimentary Consultation & Reservation Deposit

Your consultation is complimentary.

A $20 refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your appointment time.

The $20 is not a charge for the consultation itself.

If you attend your consultation:

If you purchase the Transformation Package: your $20 deposit will be credited toward your package balance.

If you decide not to purchase: your $20 deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To remain eligible for a refund of your reservation deposit, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you cancel or request a change less than 24 hours before your appointment, the $20 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Same-Day & Short-Notice Bookings

If you schedule an appointment that is already less than 24 hours away, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable once the appointment is booked because the required 24-hour cancellation window is no longer available.

You may still contact us if you need assistance with your appointment.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not cancel within the required timeframe, your $20 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

If you would like to book another appointment after a no-show, please contact Body Luxe Day Spa for rebooking options.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the reservation.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Transformation Package & Other Services

This policy specifically covers the $20 consultation reservation deposit.

Purchases of treatment packages, individual services, memberships, products, or other services may be subject to separate terms presented at the time of purchase.
