Welcome to Body Luxe Day Spa ("Body Luxe," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, online forms, appointment booking services, promotional offers, communications, and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting information, booking an appointment, claiming a promotional reward, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or online services.

1. About Body Luxe Day Spa

Body Luxe Day Spa provides beauty, wellness, body-contouring, aesthetic, and related spa services in Newark, New Jersey.

Information presented on our website is intended to help prospective and existing clients learn about our services and schedule appointments. Availability, pricing, packages, promotions, and treatment recommendations may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, claiming promotional offers, scheduling appointments, or communicating with Body Luxe Day Spa.

You may not use our website or services to:

Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
Attempt to claim promotional benefits through fraudulent or abusive activity
Impersonate another person
Use automated systems to abuse forms, booking tools, promotional mechanics, or other features
Use our website for unlawful purposes

3. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments are subject to availability and are not considered fully secured until all required booking steps have been completed.

Where indicated, Body Luxe Day Spa may offer a complimentary consultation. A refundable reservation deposit may still be required to reserve the appointment and, where applicable, secure a promotional reward.

A refundable reservation deposit is not a charge for the complimentary consultation itself. Its purpose is to reserve appointment capacity and reduce missed appointments.

Appointment duration displayed online may represent the expected consultation or service duration. Actual visit duration may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Body Luxe Day Spa may assign an available member of our team to conduct a consultation or service. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that any particular team member, including the founder, will personally conduct the appointment.

4. $20 Refundable Reservation Deposit

Certain promotional or consultation appointments may require a $20 refundable reservation deposit.

The reservation deposit is handled as follows:

If you attend your appointment and purchase the applicable package: the full $20 deposit will be applied toward the purchase price of your package.
If you attend your appointment and decide not to purchase: the full $20 deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment: the deposit remains eligible for refund or may be applied to a properly rescheduled appointment, as applicable.
If you do not attend your appointment, cancel late, or request a change less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: the $20 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

The $20 deposit secures your appointment. It is not an additional charge on top of a package if you move forward, because it is applied toward your package balance.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution used.

5. Promotional Rewards and Offers

Body Luxe Day Spa may periodically offer promotional rewards, discounts, limited-time pricing, spin-to-unlock experiences, or other promotional incentives.

Specific eligibility requirements, pricing, expiration periods, availability, redemption rules, and other conditions may be displayed at the time an offer is presented or claimed.

Promotional offers may be limited by person, household, telephone number, email address, device, campaign, appointment, or promotional period.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional rewards:

Have no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted
May be subject to expiration or availability limits
May require completion of specified booking or appointment requirements

Body Luxe Day Spa reserves the right to refuse duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise abusive promotional claims.

6. Body Transformation Promotional Offer

Where displayed as part of the applicable Body Luxe promotional campaign, the Body Transformation Package may have a regular advertised value of $1,600, with eligible promotional rewards reducing the package price according to the specific offer claimed.

An eligible 50% OFF promotional reward may provide access to a promotional package price of $799, as displayed in the applicable campaign.

Package contents, treatment quantities, availability, recommended schedule, and suitability are subject to consultation and the terms displayed with the applicable offer.

Promotional pricing does not guarantee that any particular treatment is appropriate for every client. Our team may recommend modifications based on individual circumstances, treatment suitability, safety considerations, or other relevant factors.

7. Payments

Payments, reservation deposits, and other transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Additional package payment terms, installment arrangements, or service-specific payment conditions may be communicated separately before purchase.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify Body Luxe Day Spa at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as appointments missed without notice, may result in forfeiture of the applicable reservation deposit.

Additional cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply to certain treatments, packages, memberships, or services and will be communicated where applicable.

9. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Body Luxe Day Spa may offer SMS text messaging programs for appointment-related communications, customer service, requested reward updates, and, where separately authorized, marketing and promotional communications.

Non-Marketing Communications

Non-marketing text messages may include:

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Booking updates
Cancellation or rescheduling information
Requested reward updates
Customer service communications

Marketing Communications

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may receive communications concerning Body Luxe Day Spa promotions, special offers, services, rewards, discounts, follow-up communications, and related promotional content.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently provide valid consent again.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, logos, graphics, promotional materials, copy, layouts, photographs owned by Body Luxe Day Spa, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Body Luxe Day Spa.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without appropriate authorization.
